The main aim of the Programme is to help you clarify and optimise the strategy for your business. This includes mapping and translating the strategy into operational terms, including strategic objectives, enabling initiatives, measurables, KPIs, etc., across all the elements of a business to ensure a balanced approach to strategic growth.
The outcome of the Strategic Planning Process is a Balanced Scorecard (BSC), which will assist the business owner to align the organisation to the strategy and manage the process to ensure implementation. This is done by linking and cascading the measurements down to the individual performance contract level to ensure that everyone understands the strategy and how their jobs links into the strategy; rewarding performance that contributes to the strategic objectives of the business as a whole.

We are so confident that you will achieve value growth of at least 5 times the cost of the programme over the 12 month period that we provide a value warranty to that effect. This is calculated on the change in value of your business. If the value of your business has not increased by 5 times the cost of our programme over 12 months, we will continue to work with you for free until it has.
